The top 64 foods from the four regions of the United States squared off with two #1 seeds (NY Style Pizza and Grilled Steak), a #2 seed (Fajitas), and the surprise of the tournament #5 seed BBQ Pork Sandwich reaching the Final Four. Over 2,000 votes were registered naming New York Style Pizza as America's favorite food.
